The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts :
Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to our warehouse center for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Our Warehouse Center and the postal service company process the orders, which takes an additional 3–5 days.
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse center to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7–15 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 and 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Shipping company should be Epacket support countries only , and you should choose the shipping ways which have full tracking details and delivery confirmation.

- Customer can submit dispute within 3 days after the delivery date for the products we shipped which not qualified and have serious quality , we will refund full payment or reship again.
- We do full payment return or reship for shipped the wrong items
- We do partial refund or partial reship for missing items
- We do not refund for the products get damaged by customer themselves .
- Customer can dispute within 7 days after delivery date for the damaged products , we will do partial refund or reship the damaged part.
- If the customer fulfill the wrong address or the package arrived destination country but need customer do import clearance , we do not cover this cost and refund for this case .
